Overview:  Managing worker’s mental health in the workplace is similar to managing a worker’s physical health. A worker’s ability to perform their job role, communicate, problem solve and work in a team is enhanced if their mental health is also considered. If worker’s mental health is not considered or monitored there can be a risk their mental health will get out of balance and lead to a mental illness.
