Overview:  Dealing with condensation in Dwellings (new and old)  Adam Hirst will present this course and cover the main causes of condensation in particular buildings or projects.  It will provide an overview and provide photographic evidence of occurrence and solutions. Will detail moisture triggers, relative humidity and ways to increase air temperature and decrease humidity. Subfloor condensation issues, rising damp and tackling roof condensation will also be covered.

Overview: This course aims to increase their knowledge and understanding of render finishing systems.  The course duration is one hour and is approved by the Australian institute of Architects.

This course is a guide to small bore macerator, grey water pump and lifting station installation and does not replace any obligations required under the installation requirements of Australian and New Zealand Plumbing Standards 3500.2 (AS/NZS 3500.2) in relation to pumps and associated sections.

Small bore macerators, grey water pumps and lifting stations offer an alternative solution to traditional plumbing when design constraints don’t allow for a conventional gravity sanitary plumbing or drainage installation.

The course is designed to offer noticeable benefits for the practitioner and the customer. It meets industry, legislative and manufacturer’s requirements.
