The importance of charging to quote. There will be real life examples as well as many psychological breakthroughs for the builder. Including documentation of their own value as a business owner and their experience. There will be social media examples and sales training including the importance of scripts in their business as well as set processes and procedures. We will also cover off on sales philosophy and mindset of a client and builder.
The attendee will have a good understanding and start to be able to qualify and/or disqualify leads, as well as opening their mind to the possibility of charging to quote. They will also have a firm understanding of the reasons behind this. They will gain a greater understanding of the importance of social media and practical tips on what, and how to post to create credibility in the marketplace. The attendee will also have access to leads qualification script/template as well as recording of the event.
